It’s already a blooming, booming season at Rudy’s Happy Patch Market. As market inventory grows with seasonal plants, the need for more display space also grows.
Creative project manager Jeff Williams is leading an effort to renew older tables and purchase wood to build new tables for the market greenhouses. He explains, “With the increase of plant variety at Happy Patch Market, we must expand our growing and display space in our greenhouses. Volunteer peers and staff members work together to achieve this goal.”
While some peers work on table rehab and building, others help implement a new protocol for tagging, pricing, and group display of plants throughout the market area and greenhouses.
“We have been blessed with so many customers in past years that we have learned to identify and price all plant displays,” notes Perry Wellness Center founder and CEO Stuart Perry. “We are hoping for another banner season.”
With a better organized and plentiful inventory, it appears to be well on its way!
