Millers visit PWCAt Perry Wellness Center, one of our favorite aspects of spring is the return of faithful customers to Rudy’s Happy Patch Market. In addition to providing an inventory of fresh produce and blooming plants, the market serves as a town square of sorts for friends and neighbors of our small community.

Many visitors catch up with acquaintances while filling their shopping baskets, and PWC founder and CEO Stuart Perry is often found in their midst. We think of him as our ambassador for commerce and fellowship.

Recently, two friends of the market stopped by to shop for plants. Stick and Elise Miller planned to purchase a few plants for their beautiful, nearby home in the historic district. As they shopped, their selections grew, to the delight of Stuart.

Finally, Stick Miller said, “I guess we have overbought for our car. I will get the truck and come back.”

We love that measuring stick for market purchases. Sometimes, you just need a bigger truck!
