As winter heads into its final stretch, the greenhouses at Rudy’s Happy Patch Market are being prepared to make room for the hundreds of new plants that have been ordered and delivered for the 2020 plant season.
“We have the covered greenhouse space to consolidate our little remaining stock and clean the areas for coming plants,” says Perry Wellness Center founder and CEO Stuart Perry. “We have some great new varieties!”
For weeks, designer Jeff Williams has been sprucing up the wooden display areas in readiness for the new plants. He explains, “We like to welcome customers to our market with renewed structure and bright colors. It is important to all of us to offer a good feeling when people come down here. We want them to leave with a smile.”
Remaining plant inventory is being cleaned, fertilized, and sold to early customers, who are always welcome!
