During their four-month absence from Perry Wellness Center, many peers missed the structured time for making and selling crafts. As a variety of educational and therapeutic activities return, peers’ creative expressions are showing up around campus.
One project creator is Susan Hull. After working on several new bead and string pieces, she showed them to PWC founder and CEO Stuart Perry He expressed interest in purchasing and reselling some of her pieces at Rudy’s Happy Patch Market and encouraged her to create more.
“I shopped for some red and green yarn for my Christmas designs,” Susan says. “With the hot weather, it is hard to think about Christmas! I Hope that some want to shop early for Christmas giving and that they will also enjoy my other pieces.”
Near the front door of the new classroom building, Susan Hull recently displayed some of her beaded bookmarks, along with a Christmas key chain.
