The intense August heat continues in Southwest Georgia, and early morning customers are more common than ever at Rudy’s Happy Patch Market.
Market manager Debbie Bissallion says, “We try to remind customers at Happy Patch to hydrate and drink lots of water.”
Other health concerns also influence shopping habits. Many customers come early to avoid a crowded market, with increased awareness of the need to keep some social distancing due to the coronavirus.
“We like repeat customers,” Debbie notes. “We can plan the day of the week with routine visits by some loyal customers.”
