Monday’s Valentine’s lunch at Perry Wellness Center would not have been the same without the masterful grilling of Arthur Patillo, whose cooking skills make him a favorite among peers and staff alike.

“I love what I do to man our grills for different occasions,” Arthur says. “I like life and cooking good food.”

PWC founder and CEO Stuart Perry makes certain that his employee always has a well-kept grill available, saying, “I try to take care of Arthur. He has cooked good for us for many special occasions.”

In the photo above, Arthur Patillo checks the readiness of hamburgers on the grill. When asked to allow a photo, he only had one complaint: “I pride myself on always having a smile, but these protective masks make everybody look unhappy.” Don’t worry, Arthur, we can see the smile in your eyes.
