The Hope Fountain has been a landmark on the campus of Perry Wellness Center for several years. It was named for its location in Hope Park, a green space on campus designed to provide a place for peaceful contemplation – and yes, hope.
Unfortunately, the upcoming relocation of the customer sales area of Rudy’s Happy Patch Market created a problem, as the fountain location would no longer work with the change in layout. So, did we tear down the beloved fountain? (Pause.) NO! Master designer Jeff Williams has already solved the problem.
“I located a fork lift, and we moved the fountain last week,” Jeff explains. “We moved it only some 50 feet to the entry of the new market. It will still have the same look, but with a modified color. The water flow has now been connected and leveled. We look forward to the days customers will enjoy the calming water sounds as they shop at Happy Patch.”
