For two market seasons, salvia plants have been unavailable at retail outlets, including Rudy’s Happy Patch Market. This year, Stuart Perry located the popular plant after much searching. Customers who have visited the local market, operated by Perry Wellness Center, have spread word of the availability of the plant, and Stuart is happy to see that the plants remain popular.

“I think the red has been the most popular salvia plant in past seasons,” Stuart says. “I bought several flats this year. With the Mobile Market making its way around Southwest Georgia, we have only one flat still available.”
