Craft projects 1As a wellness and recovery program, Perry Wellness Center has always placed an emphasis on the creative process. Activities ranging from jigsaw puzzle completion to needlework have captured the attention of peers and promoted creative expression.

PWC founder and CEO Stuart Perry is a strong believer in promoting creativity and providing outlets for expression. He says, “We find that the more creativity we can present, the more excited peers become. Puzzles have been a recent hands-on activity, but the introduction of more colorful and time involvement projects seem to be good. The completion of these projects includes direction on project preparation, completion, and area cleanup.”

Crafts projects 2 Current projects include ceramics and candle holders. Many of the in-process and completed projects are displayed in the windows of the new classroom building.
