Multi-tasking is a talent that usually increases our overall productivity. The secret is to do many tasks at a high level of competence – simultaneously.

Nakia Rhone is a longtime peer and now market leader who seems to be a master at multi-tasking. In a recent discussion, she gave an example of how she multi-tasks at the counter of Rudy’s Happy Patch Market.

“I love to meet the many new and returning visitors to Happy Patch,” she states. “I try to greet them with a smile and greeting. I watch their movement to specific products and show and tell them where our paper bags are. All the time, I am working on my latest textile project for the upcoming holiday gift giving.”
