The local Extension Office is part of a statewide collaborative among county governments, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the University of Georgia’s colleges of Agricultural & Environmental Sciences and Family & Consumer Sciences. The collaborative focuses on creating a healthier and more prosperous Georgia through bringing science to everyday living for farmers and the state’s families and communities.
