For the second year, manager Wesley Nedd of Americus Auto Zone has assisted Perry Wellness Center by providing us with donated shopping bags.
Based upon his previous donation, peer Grover Thornton approached Mr. Nedd recently to inquire about a second donation. In answer to this request, Americus Auto Zone donated a box of 1000 12.5” x 11.5” x 5” bags to Perry Wellness Center. (We found out that the donation was made even though the auto products business was low on its own bag inventory.)
Phyllis Smith, PWC market manager, was grateful for the donation, as the bags are perfect for smaller market orders. She encourages readers to visit Americus Auto Zone if they are in need of car repair and maintenance products.
With a smile, Miss Phyllis also says, “When your car or truck is running properly, I invite you to visit Happy Patch Market and Perry Wellness Center to see the growing inventory of plants and vegetables that will soon fill our bins.”
