Fall Market Fills with Smiles (and Fresh Produce)
The slight drop in temperatures and anticipation of cooler weather continues to excite staff, peers, and customers at Rudy’s Happy Patch Market. Our seasonal pumpkins are already selling and fresh fall produce and plants are available. The smiles of customers tell us that they are ready for autumn – and for our home grown, farm-to-table fall vegetables.
As always, Perry Wellness Center founder and CEO Stuart Perry is ready for the seasonal change. “I am all about the cooler weather,” he says with emphasis. “We have fought the hot summer and increased watering for our produce and the campus. We do need some rain, but the cooler weather is a step in the right direction!”
One repeat customer, Lucy Perry of Americus, recently stopped by for blueberries, shelled peas, and a hanging floral basket. After she completed her shopping, a market assistant carried her produce and basket to her vehicle. Let’s hear it for customer service! Let’s hear it for FALL!
