We promote stress reduction as part of a wellness regimen, and what could be more relaxing than a gurgling fountain on a summer day?
Do you have any special ways to reduce stress? Soothing music, meditation, a quick power nap -- it's important to find ways to take a "time out" when you're feeling a bit frazzled. Around here, sitting by the fountain is going to be at the top of the list!
