While our services are peer-operated and peer-focused, we believe in working with the entire behavioral health treatment community to achieve the best outcomes for those we serve. Following are a few of the mental health services we provide, either on site or through consultation and referral:
Consumer-Centered Consultation
One-on-one communication between a consumer and mental health professional or Certified Peer Specialist, or between such staff and one or more family members or others with a direct interest, as decided by the consumer.
Community Integration
Rehabilitation, intervention, and support necessary to help a consumer function independently at home and in the community.
Crisis Intervention
Activities or services for a person experiencing a crisis, designed to reduce symptoms, assist in stabilization, and aid in restoring the individual’s level of functioning.
Mental Health Assessment
The formal process of gathering and preparing written information about a consumer’s mental health, leading to identification of service needs and recommendations for treatment.
Psychological Evaluation
A psychological evaluation done by an appropriate mental health professional, using nationally standardized psychological assessment instruments.
Referral Services
Referral of consumers with more intense needs to additional community resources, in order to help them achieve their highest level of functioning and improve their quality of life.
Treatment Plan Development
The development of an individualized Service Plan to deliver specific mental health services based on the needs identified in the mental health assessment.
