The budding of spring blossoms in the gardens of Perry Wellness Center provides the hint of a new life, a new day, and the assurance that a welcome change of season is upon us. The warming temperature is certainly another reminder, but nothing is more lovely than the first blooms of springtime.

PWC founder and CEO Stuart Perry is well known as a lover of plants, and he is enthusiastic about the closeness of springtime. “I love plants,” Stuart says. “The opening of new buds is a reminder of a new day. I remember early spring when my parents had the greenhouses and the many plants behind our house in Buena Vista. It was a thrill for all of us.”

The plant shown in the picture at right was purchased by a customer from Buena Vista, so it is only fitting it brings back boyhood memories of celebrating spring.
