The large wind chime pictured here was made by skilled peers who attend Perry Wellness Center. The group planned and constructed a unique design which resides on the front porch entrance to PWC.

The wind chimes; e.g., tin cans only create noise during stronger winds. Even when standing silently, however, the wind chimes’ patriotic colors catch the eye.
