For this year’s Veterans Day, Perry Wellness Center showed its gratitude to those who have served our country in uniform.

At the Veterans Day parade in downtown Americus, fifteen PWC peers and staff members participated in the festivities. First they attended a brief convocation outside the Sumter County courthouse. Participants were provided with red, white, and blue hand fans to carry during the parade.

On Monday morning, Perry Wellness Center honored its own veterans at the center, thanking them for their service. Discussion focused on recognizing the valor and service contributions of veterans.
