In keeping with a recent theme of highlighting peers’ creative activities at Perry Wellness Center, peer leader Rhonda Hubbard is always willing to share her thoughts on creativity and her art projects.

“This is fun for me,” Rhonda says about her projects. “I seem to get better each time I complete a project. One of my works was presented to Mrs. Rosalynn Carter after a personal visit to the center some years ago.”

Rhonda’s latest creative activity is repurposing old boxes. After selecting colorful graphics from magazines, Rhonda scissors, colors, and positions the graphics in an appealing display on the box surface before gluing the final product in place.
