Recent balmy weather has given Southwest Georgians a taste of spring. In keeping with this reminder of the coming season, Rudy’s Happy Patch Market is moving into high gear.
Perry Wellness Center founder and CEO Stuart Perry says, “I have already ordered a truck load of plants from south Florida, and we want to get all aspects of the market ready to receive this first order.”
Part of his plan involves changing some storage space to display space and expanding the mobile market. One garden tool storage area, behind a greenhouse and adjacent to the covered garden pavilion, is already cleaned and prepared to receive ferns for the market. As for the mobile market, Stuart envisions Happy Patch as a storage and staging area for extended use of the mobile market and anticipated an increase in traffic.
Sounds like a busy spring ahead!
