Last week, we shared with our readers a recent visit by Yise, Lizbeth, and Nimsy Hernandez to Perry Wellness Center to provide manicures for interested peers. It turned into a true spa day for participants, with salon décor, gift bags, and treats.


As general/finance manager Sheila Bodrey noted about the peers’ experience, “They felt so special. We wanted to make our peers feel pampered.”

After sharing a group photo last week, we wanted to share some individual photos of participants. We were happy to see both men and women join in – after all, we all deserve to look and feel our best!
