Anyone who works in an office knows that printer maintenance is a significant ongoing cost, particularly when it comes to ink supplies. At Perry Wellness Center, we are doing our part to both recycle and save money. For the third time in as many years, we have shared our used toner cartridges, color and black printer cartridges, and other non-refillable printing elements with our local Sarah Cobb Elementary School.
Principal Barbara Watford notes, “We do appreciate being chosen as the recipient of these used cartridges. With the money we receive on recycling, we will spend all of it on small items of personal health and school materials for students.” Principal Watford notes that the school receives about $50 back for each shipment.
