Fern DeliverySpring is here and with that time comes spring planting. Because of the virus outbreak, Rudy’s Happy Patch Market is closed. We are caring for the plants and preparing for our eventual re-opening.

In the meantime, many of our market customers are ready to plant their spring gardens or hang plants on their front porches – a favorite hangout place for families these days. Some enterprising customers have already become accustomed to contacting Mulkey McMichael with plant requests – particularly in his home area of Marion County. Now as plants arrive, they must be delivered.

“I think this product delivery service began with the mobile market concept two years ago,” Mulkey says. “We have established a great customer base in neighboring counties. We like new and repeat customers, and I want to keep them happy! I try and deliver a truck load with each order.”

When orders are delivered, customers inquire about prices and availability of other plants. Most customers plan extensive planting projects when it is safe to continue normal operations at Perry Wellness Center’s market.
