Earlier this week, we shared with our readers the latest market display for Rudy’s Happy Patch Market. Created by Jeff Williams, the display board, titled “It’s Fall, Y’all,” featured cut-outs for faces, so visitors can pose for photos as they leave with a smile.
This week, another display has appeared at the market, also courtesy of Jeff Williams. He applied his graphic designer talent to a market sign that advertises “Fresh Produce” at the southern entrance to the market on the grounds of Perry Wellness Center.
“With the uncertainty in our world today, it is more important for us to color our world with bright hues and cheerful designs,” Jeff explains. He is a firm believer that we will be reminded how good things are in our world, if we will only look closely.
Placed at the parking lot entrance to act as a “point of purchase” reminder to customers, it also is designed to help brighten their day and encourage them to make healthy meal choices.
In the photo above, Debbie Bissallion must be smiling behind her mask as she personally reminds customers, hand outstretched, that fresh vegetables are available for their fall cooking.
