With all the talk about market changes in Spring 2022, we’ve kept probably the biggest change on the down-low. But now that we’re literally at work on the change, it’s time to make the announcement: Rudy’s Happy Patch Market is moving its location!

Don’t worry – we’ll still be located on the campus of Perry Wellness Center, but the main market will be relocated down the hill to the covered pavilion area. This should prover safer and easier access, and follows the recommendations of several customers. The current market area will be redesigned to receive and direct arriving products and prepare to fill orders for the expanded Mobile Market, as it heads to other sites in Southwest Georgia.

Longtime artist and designer Jeff Williams is directing much of the work on the project. Right now, he is tackling the new checkout counter. Says friend and longtime construction colleague Barry, “This cement top will live on forever. It will outlast us and be ready for more merchandise.” The counter top is a Jeff Williams design, as are most of the unique yard structures, signs, and water features around the campus.
