On Monday, we shared with our readers the Mobile Market 2022 kick-off in downtown Buena Vista. Faithful supporters will know that Buena Vista is the boyhood home of Perry Wellness Center founder and CEO Stuart Perry. Because of this, he was particularly looking forward to last week’s visit.

“It was great to be back in Buena Vista and only 250 feet from our old service station,” Stuart recalled. “It was here that I learned so much about plant growing and sales. We had a greenhouse behind our house. Our plant market was good, and we increased our variety and inventory. Those were fun days, and Mom, Dad, and I always greeted locals and out-of-towners with a smile and a good product.”

That tradition has continued with Perry Wellness Center and Rudy’s Happy Patch Market, the latter of which promises that each customer will leave with a smile. There were certainly smiles on many faces last weekend, as Stuart chatted with customers old and new.

“This was a fun reunion day for me,” Stuart continued. “I recognized many residents, and we had a fun time talking about life back then and how much we enjoyed a different fun time. I want to thank everyone for the renewal of friendships and the support of our Mobile Market.”
