Fence repairAs any home or business owner knows, structures that are sound today will need repair or at least partial replacement in the future. At Perry Wellness Center, Jeff Williams is philosophical about this reality.

“It seems that the older we get, some things need replacement,” he says. “Older people experience pain and sometimes need joint replacement. Thankfully, we can seek and find help. Wooden fences and rails cannot speak up to remind us they need help.” He points to several examples on the PWC campus.

“I did these fences many years ago,” Jeff recalls, “But they are worn and need replacement. I plan to make this trellis more elaborate and call it the Jasmine Walk. It will be part of a fragrant walk down to Happy Patch Market for shopping and selection. It should last with outdoor wood. This walk already smells good, but we want more fragrance.”

These words illustrate the attention to detail that this fine artist and master craftsman applies to all his work. It’s one reason why the campus of Perry Wellness Center always has a sense of renewal and discovery.
