Market CondimentsDuring the winter season, inventory at Rudy’s Happy Patch Market is in a state of transition. The blooming plant and shrubbery inventory is at a lower level, although many are still available in campus greenhouses. But as staff prepares for the spring market – cleanup, ordering for inventory, etc., much of the available inventory has been rearranged and shelved for best display. In the center-back area of the market, specialty items from Brown William Farms in Montezuma fill display cabinets.

Perry Wellness Center founder and CEO Stuart Perry notes, “This variety of spices and olive oil and dressings has only been offered for two years. The variety has been good, but I want to be sure that customers and friends see the display of tasty condiments.”

As inventory gets lower, Stuart is poised to do a replacement order for the display and says, “I am sure they will have additional products for us to display.”
