Everyone must confront – or avoid – cold weather in his or her own way. At Perry Wellness Center, staff member Tommy Ledbetter stayed inside all day to catch up on required peer documentation.

“I have learned that no matter the weather outside or inside at Perry Wellness Center, the job of note writing must continue,” Tommy says. “At my sunny desk, the temperature is good with a coat. If I take my coat off, I soon get cold.”

He makes a compromise by heading to his bright corner of the documentation room while looking ready for the slopes in a warming ski cap, muffler, and jacket.
