During this “down” time at Rudy’s Happy Patch Market, Perry Wellness Center’s resident designer, Jeff Williams, works on making needed adjustments to the maintenance of the campus warehouses. The main goal is to reduce maintenance by building more self-maintenance into the system.

Jeff explains, “Each greenhouse must be designed to require less maintenance by staff and peers. Each hanging basket is self-watered by a drip line. It works all season long.”
