We’re hoping it’s just the death rattle of winter, as we prepare for a bright spring at Rudy’s Happy Patch Market. Along with Phyllis Bleckley, market manager, and resident horticulturalist George Windham, Stuart is developing the spring greenhouse layout, so that colorful blooms and farm to table crops will soon be available in the market.
