At Perry Wellness Center, staff, peers, and visitors are offered a written reminder to make the day better for themselves and others. On a chalkboard, the message is simple: “REMEMBER TO SMILE.”

Sharing good will with others with a smile helps both the recipient and the one who initiates a smile. Like yawns, smiles can be contagious. It’s difficult to frown back at someone who is greeting you with a smile! 

At Rudy’s Happy Patch Market, we tell each customer that our goal is for them to leave with a smile. It’s become a sort of motto for us on campus. We hope that many of you have noticed!
