At Perry Wellness Center, art teacher and certified peer specialist Phyllis Smith has created a Kindness Rock Garden. Described as art with a purpose, the garden features painted rocks that can be taken for inspiration. Visitors can also leave their own kindness rocks to inspire other. The inspiration may come from printed words or painted graphics.

Pictured here are some sample rocks from the garden. Notice how the area uses repurposed tubs and troughs for the displays.
