The campus of Perry Wellness Center is locally famous for its bright colors, derived from both the continuous blooming of plants and the painted touch of artists and craftsmen. Bright red, in particular, is a trademark color of Perry Wellness Center, decades after it first appeared on buildings, signs, and blooming plants. 

Age and weather have taken their toll on the brightness of even the boldest red colors, but a fresh can of paint can make a huge difference. In the photo, the west entrance sports a cheery red sign and fence railing.  This was once the spot of a parking lot and our giant water fountain. 

Which is to say, sometimes things evolve slowly and, at other times, there are sudden transformations. AT PWC, we believe the most important changes are those that occur in the services we provide and in the transformed lives of many peers who have become part of the Perry Wellness family. And sometimes, a photo shows a parking lot that becomes a pathway.
